The South Carolina Army National
Guard High School Rugby League (SCHSR)
is currently divided into three
(3) regional conferences: the
Upstate Rugby Conference (URC),
Sandhills Palmetto Union Rugby
(SPUR - representing the
Midlands), and Low Country High
School Rugby (LCHSR). You may
